He gave up and said someone would call in 4 days to help. I called Help again, and was on the phone 40 minutes trying to get Help. Help called this time, and downloaded Quicken 2017. It too failed to install until Quicken downloaded a Quicken Mondo Patch. My PC is less than 1 year old running Windows 10. All this hassle after Quicken kept bugging me to “upgrade” to 2017.

Unfortunately, when you installed Quicken and agreed to the EULA, you were only buying a license to use Quicken . Quicken is still desktop software and your data is not stored in the cloud unless you enable sync to the cloud. H&B does have a Balance Sheet for business accounts ... Which are accounts that have a Sched C, Sched E or Sched F tax line assigned to them. Also if using the mobile/web apps, they are very limited, and have zero business functions.
